“BMV OPRUGE” doo Beograd was founded in 1994. and its primary market was spring production in Serbia. Today we manufacture springs for customer both domestic and abroad , mainly export in the neighbor countries in the region.

More than 40 years of experience in spring production is basics of the company. We successfully solve complex inquiries of the machine engineering industries and other branches where there is need for springs.

In our production process we use round and profile spring wire, we use steel and other spring materials, we use spring wire acc EN 10270 standards. Wire diametars ranges from 0.10 mm up to 18.00 mm, various thickness of steel strip.

Beside that we make springs we can support our potential customers through know-how service.

Long term spring production beset need for scientific work so founder of the company is author of two tech books that is unique in former Yugoslavia. Second edition , Serbia language only, is still best support for students of technical universities , mech. engineers and other person that lack knowledge in springs.

In the defense industry in Serbia company founder service such needs since 1968 in the springs production and tech.documentation for the parts that was produced or repare in defense industry. This invaluable experience is backbone of the succefull service that is beset upon us.

Springs we made are produced mainly in the process of plastic deformation of the round wire on the specialized spring forming machines. For the production of the most complex springs we use CNC multiforming machine that provide high precision, repeatibility of the process, both in singular and serial production.

Our stock of the material , by type, and diametars cover almost 95% of our needs in the production of springs both for production and repair process so it give us capability to be succefull service of our customers.
